WFE City is operated and maintained by Clock Tower Operation & Maintenance Services Private Limited under a concession arrangement with the Mussoorie Dehradun Development Authority (MDDA). The project brings together commercial spaces, dining, and entertainment uses at a prominent location on Rajpur Road. Commercial units are offered to eligible businesses under the applicable contractual framework, subject to availability and approvals.
The complex was developed with a clear focus on façade improvement, landscaping, retrofitting, modern services, and comprehensive repair and renovation — helping transform the area around Rajpur Road's Clock Tower into a destination the Dehradun business community can be proud of.
Clock Tower Operations and Maintenance Services Private Limited holds an MDDA-issued licence to sub-license units of the complex to third-party businesses — providing a structured framework for eligible businesses seeking space within the complex.
