Work, Food & Entertainment City (WFECity) is operated and maintained by Clock Tower Operation & Maintenance Services Private Limited ("Concessionaire") pursuant to a Concession Agreement dated 4 September 2015 entered into with the Mussoorie Dehradun Development Authority ("MDDA" or "Concessioning Authority"). The project is being undertaken on a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) and BOT basis for the improvement, retrofitting, operation and maintenance of the MDDA Complex at Rajpur Road, Dehradun. All commercial premises at WFECity are offered strictly on a licence/sub-licence basis, subject to availability, permitted use, applicable approvals, the relevant provisions of the Concession Agreement, including Schedule K thereof, and execution of the prescribed licence/sub-licence agreement. Nothing contained on this website shall constitute a lease, tenancy, sale, transfer of ownership or creation of any right, title or interest in any premises. Parking is a common and chargeable facility, subject to availability, operational rules and payment of charges in accordance with the applicable price list or tariff, as revised from time to time. No exclusive, dedicated or free parking right shall be considered granted unless specifically recorded in the executed licence/sub-licence agreement. This website provides a general overview of WFECity and does not constitute a complete reproduction of the Concession Agreement, Schedule K, approvals, permissions or other project documents. A prospective occupant may request access to the relevant Concession Agreement for inspection or review before executing a licence/sub-licence agreement. The Concession Agreement has not been uploaded publicly on the website due to confidentiality, privacy, security and document-control considerations.
